Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item for merchandise exchange, store website credit, or, if no suitable alternative is available, a credit card refund. Postage is non-refundable. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from DanceShop.co.nz.
Please include the Merchandise Return Form that you received with your package and a copy of your receipt that you printed online. Wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use Courier Post for returns. If you do not have your online receipt, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:

Please allow 1-2 weeks for the processing of returns. Shoes must be returned unworn and in original packaging. Shoes that show signs of wear will not be accepted. In particular, ballet shoes must not have drawstrings pulled or tightened. Shoe boxes should not be damaged or have writing on them. We will notify you via e-mail of your exchange or credit card refund after we have completely processed the returned item. Exchanges are charged at original postage rate.
Please Note: We can refund postage costs only if the return is a result of our error. Fitting information is suggested as a guide and cannot be guaranteed. ALL TIGHTS, POINTE SHOES and CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES and we do not process returns for these items. Special Orders cannot be returned for any reason. For sanitary reasons, undergarments of any kind (this includes tights) are not returnable. If you have a question about what falls into this category, please do not hesitate to call us. Clothes must be returned with all tags intact. If any tags are missing, the merchandise will not be accepted. Thank you for your cooperation.
Yes, we do send our goods out of New Zealand. Please contact us by email of any goods you are interested in purchasing, and we will give you delivery details. This will cover cost, expected delivery time, and whether it is tracked. We usually give alternatives and give you our recommendation. Once you have agreed, we process your order. Please note that all prices we quote, whether it be for the goods themselves or shipping, will be in New Zealand dollars. What you are actually charged will depend on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
